This generously sized property sleeps eight guests comfortably and the property has two kitchens, one on each level, which makes it ideal for entertaining. The large upstairs deck boasts views across the ocean and overlooks the garden, while the deck that overlooks the street scape looks up to the green hillside and horses grazing on the ridge. 

The downstairs deck looks out to the lush garden and towards the outdoor entertaining area with a large Pergola, as well as a outdoor dining table and BBQ.  

 The upstairs air-conditioned living and dining areas have a Smart TV and open up onto the upper level decks.

On the ground floor, one of the bedrooms has a King bed that can be split into King Singles at request. This bedroom is spacious and has an ensuite, Smart TV, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, block out blinds and a fold out sofa. The bathroom also has handrails, which makes it suitable for elderly family members.  

Upstairs there are three Queen bedrooms, all with full ocean views and with a separate bathroom and toilet.

The neighbouring property Beach House at 10 Allens Parade may be rented additionally, which is a convenient option for large groups and multiple families.
